Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. Bibi Maryam's sale document, 1920
Bibi Maryam, daughter of Sharif Khan, and her son (son of the late Asad Allah Bayg) sell some orchards to Karbalayi Haydar and Husayn Jan, sons of the late Mashhadi, in exchange for sixty-four tumans. Tax and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyers and the detriment fee is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Mirza Muhammad Shah, son of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan, with the power of attorney from his mother, sells some parts of Taqi Abad orchard to Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, son of Karbalayi Hasan ‘Ali, for ten tumans, with a detriment fee of four tumans. Then Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn sells half of the above property to ‘Abbas, son of ‘Ali Riza, and the other half to Karbalayi ‘Ali Fakhkhar, son Ustad ‘Abd Allah Fakhkhar, for seven tumans, one hundred dinars, and some wheat.
